What I'm Wearing: Olsenboye Dress, House of Harlow Sunglasses, Winter Kate Kimono, Vintage Clutch, Gold Collar (designed and made by my very talented Mama), ASOS Suede Platforms Heels.
Photobucket
Most of you probably know, I am a big fan of black dresses, preferably strapless and of the bandeau variety- and this Olsenboye number is probably one of my favourite styles (who doesn't love a frilly, skater skirt?!) Somehow, I ended up with two of these dresses, so am giving the other away to one of you lovely readers. How to win? Its so super simple, follow me on twitter (here) or "like" the Frassy facebook page (here) and simply leave a comment telling me how you personally would style this baby. Hope you win, its a really fun dress to twirl around in! Winner will be announced on Wednesday 11th of January. Good Luck! Photos: Anastasia Nielsen

Followed and liked :-) Great quirky styling job you've done here. I'd wear with thick black wool tights, black block heel boots and a pastel pink cable knit jumper for a 1960s-inspired day time look. Oh, and with my new cats eye sunglasses from the Whistles sale!

I'd go all out and wear it at night! Cause it's Winter, I would wear a my vintage black fur coat from Portobello market because it oozes glamour; I'd wear fake tan on my legs because their pastiness would offend the general public; I'd wear leopard print heels to sass it up; I'd wear my hair wavy and natural; and I'd wear my urban outfitter cross earrings (one gold, one silver) and depending on my mood, I'd either wear red lipstick or nude lips.

Ha cool giveaway, skater style dresses is my ultimate fav!
I would style it with a statement necklace along with a fun belt cinched into the waist. That's all the jazz the dress really needs. Shoes would most definitely be a pop of colour, perhaps leaning more towards a blue tone.

I would style this beauty with a smattering of gold glitter around my eyelids, deep crimson lipstick, bare shoulders (nothing like collar bones in a strapless dress) and a pair of toweringly high, forest green Mary Jane suede heels. It's all about the drama of the dress. I would want it to do the talking. x

Ruvic said...

this would be pretty with a lace bolero and ballet flats with pearl accessories and a Chanel purse with very feminine natural make-up and bold red lips. Audrey Hepburn inspired.

Then again it would also look lovely with a brightly colored cropped net like crochet pull over, with bootie heels. brightly colored accesories for an 80's Madonna-esque or Cydi Lauper-ish vibe.

I could also see this with biker boots and leather jacket for a tougher girly chic.

you could really let your imagination run wild with this dress ands tyle it so many other different ways.

It's really all about having the confidence in pulling of any outfit right?

thanks for this awesome giveaway. good luck to everyone!
