Happy Halloween people! Its a holiday tomorrow here in France, so everyone is getting dressed up and going out! I'm a little spoilt for choice on the party front. Wherever I decide to go, I'll be wearing a wig in true Frassy style. Not entirely sure where this day has dissappeared to, I blame Daylight Savings- this earlier darkness makes it feel so late (and I'm so exhausted already at 6 pm!) Anyway, have a great Halloween! Embarked on a 3 hour long walk through Paris- something I wish I had the time to do every Sunday. We ended up at the Eiffel Tower, all that metal, it was like a magnet- we were drawn there. And, wow, crowded as always- but also everyone seemed so ecstatic to be there, undeneath one of the world's most famous monuments- reminds me to be thankful that I live in this wonderfully iconic city. Wore a super casual outfit- walking requires comfort, and damn, I was comfortable. Now, its time to get ready to indulge in some good food & good company- Sunday, is sadly almost over, but hope you are all relaxing! More tomorrow!

I cannot remember a day where I slept this much, woke up at 11, went out for a sushi lunch and then came home and napped until 4! I guess I am catching up on all the sleep I missed this week- work kept me awake long into the night. Such a relaxing day sort of called for a simple outfit- and so I threw this on and dashed out into the evening for an early dinner and a walk along the Seine. I feel so rested- I'll be hibernating tonight, maybe watch a movie, paint my nails and crawl into bed with a bunch of new magazines. More tomorrow!

Today was good- just, simply good. I was productive, finally found the time to do "research" for fashion ideas and projects I have in the making (now, that is curiously vague isn't it?!) And its the weekend, finally, time to relax, sleep in, read and indulge in brunch! Golden Hour, daylight slowing burning into night: I've told you all about it before, but recently, the evening winter light in Paris has become the most glorious part of my days. I always make sure I am out at this time, even if its just a visit to Starbucks. But even better are long walks along the river, aimlessly crisscrossing over all the bridges.  I've been up late working every night this week, so I'm excited for an early bedtime, hoping to hit the hay before I'm completely exhausted so I can catch up on some long overdue reading. Gorilla Fashion

Was shopping for Frassy Rags with my intern yesterday, walking home, we passed this outrageous looking boutique. Ofcourse, we had to scope it out. I left with this crazy black sweater- I sort of feel like a gorilla when I'm wearing it! Speaking of FRASSY RAGS, you all have to check out the new arrivals: plenty of customized blouses, just like I promised! This is a busy week, and I'm sort of killing myself with work, but I love what I do, so I stay happy. And besides, I've got this sweater to stay cosy in and this song to listen to. More tomorrow! Rain Red Sequins

The most glorious thunderstorm rolled through Paris, late afternoon- and after the rain roar came what Haleigh likes to call "the golden hour"- that beautiful time just before sunset when the entire city is bathed in  glittering warm light. Cities are so pretty after a rainstorm- and so I took a work break, twirling through the still damp streets and even met an adorable japanese man who insisted on taking a photo of my outfit with his phone. It was hilarious! I'm rather enjoying the rain in Paris recently, probably because I have so much work to do in front of the computer- and it makes me feel less uneasy about missing out on all the city city commotion going on right outside my windows. Tomorrow, I'm giving a talk at the University of London in Paris about blogging as a career- I've never done any public speaking before, but I am sure as hell not shy, so I think I'll be okay!  Photos: Anastasia Nielsen

I have such a goofy smile- in fact I blame my smile for all the strangers that seem far too comfortable in approaching me. I have so many hilarious run ins with people on the streets of Paris, my friend Peony is convinced its because I just look "too friendly". I guess everyone can relate to the goofy girl- homeless people and confused American tourists especially. Saying that, I have no qualms with engaging in lengthy conversations with people I do not know. A montage of this weekend, one of the best I've ever had in Paris. Shout out to some of my best bloggers sisters who feature in this post: Haleigh, Morven, Isa & Imogen. I'm still cleaning up my flat from the WIG party I hosted on Friday night: all the rose petals, hats, wigs and chocolate flowers are just about swept and tidied away. Paris really is my favourite place on earth, at least right now. I'm sure you all know by now how very fickle I am. Hope Sunday is relaxing, hey it should always be! I am going to embark on the very glamour-glamour task of mopping my wooden floors. More tomorrow!

This weekend has been such super fun so far- my wig themed house party was just hilariously great. I love my friends in Paris- really don't know what I would do without all their crazy antics. And today was one of those post party days, lounging on the sofa wrapped in a fur coat drinking chai tea. I'm exhausted, and once, not long ago, I would have dashed out into this very tempting Saturday night...but I guess I am getting older and maybe more sensible, so instead I'm headed to the bath-tub and then bed. I like to pretend I'm a magician in this outfit- if I ever was a magician, I would def. adorn myself in an abundance of stars. I customized this (and many other) vintage blouses which you all will be able to buy on Frassy Rags very soon. I've bought a bunch of new supplies too, so I am going to get super creative with embellishing collars next week. But for now, I am ready to get lost in the weekend. Morven is here, we spent the day shopping and lunching in Le Marais, and tonight, a bunch of friends are coming over for Friday night fun.
