My friend Michelle Goldie, (owner and sole designer of her hugely successful, London based brand, Goldie) brought me this beauty of a dress when she came to stay with me in Paris. You can find her collection on her website (which is currently being re-designed, so stay tuned) but also on ASOS, Topshop and Pixie Market. She is a very talented young lady and her designs are oh so wonderful. And I thank her for her patience, I asked her about a million and one questions about the whole designing process from start to finish. She willingly explained every step, and I was entirely enticed by her responses. And behind every answer, there was such enthusiasm and passion, I couldn't help but feel totally and utterly inspired. So you all, this is my flat. I get alot of questions about where I live, so thought I would dedicate an entire post to my "Frassy" Space. My flat is seperated into two main rooms; my large living room/office (overlooking my beautiful street via lovely old french windows), and then my bedroom which is located at the back of the flat, looking out into a courtyard. I also have a kitchen and bathroom (obviously!) but they aren't as pretty and not at all fashion filled, so they need not be featured (except for a quick snapshot of some of my cosmetic lined bathroom shelves). While this is a strictly a "fashion" blog, my apartment reflects everything I love, all over the walls. Poetry, photography and fashion magazine clippings cover all areas of my home. And while I will be moving into a new flat in a few months (one that I completely own, no more paying rent!), this is my temporary but deeply loved abode. It truly is my sanctuary, my place of peace, but also the space that already holds so many great memories for me (I won't even try to describe the stuff that has gone down within these walls during weekend nights!)

Super Floral

Okay, so we take a lot of my blog photos underneath Pont Neuf, partly because it is so beautiful but also because its a five minute walk from my house. But let me talk about this dress: its the sort of floral print that gets me really excited; super colourful, very retro and not at all like the typical "vintage" flower prints you see everywhere! When I  spotted this dress in a vintage shop here, I snapped it up instantly.  And voila, I brought it home and it fits perfectly! So these are some of the "behind the scenes" photos from my video shoot with Stradivarius today, at their flagship store on Rue Rivoli in Paris. Stradivarius is owned by Inditex (you know that kickass Spanish empire, most famously known for owning Zara). As a Spanish resident, I've been wearing Stradivarius since I was about 14, I still remember some of the pieces I first bought, marking the beginning of my love for fashion. Now, Stradivarius is all over the world, and they are opening new stores on a weekly basis.  So when the girls (Judith & Mireia) contacted me about producing a video, naturally, I got really excited. They flew in from Barcelona this morning and we worked hard. Our video and photoshoot is coming soon, stay tuned: it involves me styling & discussing some of my favourite garments from Stradivarius, a brand that I am honoured to share with you all!
