Urban Outfitters sent me this sex on fire leather skirt. I woke up this morning to a very heavy parcel and this fell out first, in all its crisp, slick newness. Rather eager to slip it on and totter out my door in a ridiculous pair of heels, however, I'm drowning in work. Cannot say I am in the most optimistic of moods, my senses feel dulled, nothing about life particularly excites me. Nothing is worth even a spark of a reaction or flicker of an emotion. Its as if everything is dusty or stifingly dull. I'm def. being melodramatic. I just want to feel alive. Just to feel something, anything-to shake myself up.

On an even more depressing note. The gym has pretty much become my social life. But can you deem an endeavour "social" if you don't actually interact with anyone, except your i-pod? And is the fact that you deem an i-pod a "someone", indicative of possibly needing more excitement? At the moment, I am feeling rather solitary- in that I find myself relishing hours alone.Verbal silence can often be delicious, and these days I am enjoying dark nights, warm candles & nothing but music for noise.

I've been ill at home the last 3 days...so v.v. solitary. And not much fun.

I hope you feel more positive and excited soon :) You at least seem to be getting things done...more than me!

That spotty skirt & top look divine...I won't even deny being v.v. jealous :)

I fucking love the gym. Nothing like some lucozade riverside and a good 1990s nirvana tour tee shirt! Unfotunately I seemed to have gained weight though...
Hope you feel cool again soon, and I was wondering if you are going to that vinatge clearance sale at Wembly that was mentioned on style bubbble a few days back? Seemd like your kind of gig.Loved the look below for defs also.

Pretty much my favourite quip of the week. Thanks so much for the LFW heads-up...I'll get everything completed tomorrow, who knows, hopefully we will cause sartorial havoc at Somerset House. Fingers crossed!

That is definitely a sex on fire skirt!
I count my ipod as a person, well actually my phone. If I didnt I would be a very lonely person too. That's why I live for weekends when my friends aren't working and we can all hang out together, it makes the solitary work much more bearable. Hope start to feel more like yourself soon.

Hey,
Such a strange feeling, im reading your post and feeling like I wrote it.. I catch myself being like that for more than half year, I just stop enjoy everything and started to accept everything as a normal casual things.. And you know what's worst in this thing? I'm still in that strange mood, living somewhere in my mind, with myself and everything else looks like a mist..
I wish for you, and for myself, to come back!

Everyone should own a leather skirt - I'm on the lookout for one myself. Do you know if the one you were sent is sold in stores or online?

You style use to be very considered, nows it like: "I'm gonna throw anything on and try and look hip 'n trendy"

I think you need to put more effort into the styling. The clothes you have are good, but I would never say your the best stylist on the block.

I remember when you went to Paris and met fellow bloggers, I was an awe with how amazing your clothes were. Now everythings a bit more messy.

Also, I was thinking the other day when you look at your blog over an interval of time you realise your interested in fashion. But if I saw you on the street without seeing this blog the word fashionista wouldn't come to mind. I'd just think you we're a normal student.

I have not wrote this comment with the intention of causing offense, I think your a great person. I'm just quite interested in why you dont seem to put as much effort in anymore.

Regardless, good look with whatever your currently doing.

This is EXACTLY how I've been feeling recently except you're much better at explaining it. I feel a bit less crazy knowing someone is in the same boat.

Dear 'Anonymous'...I really think you need to be informed...
that due to the fact you're taking time to right 'go fuck yourself.' and 'sad sad person'...the only thing we can assume is that you have Nothing better to do and therefore have...NO LIFE. are VERY JEALOUS. And are VERY VERY SAD yourself.

If you dislike so much why bother? I'm pretty sure she'll just ignore them, or LAUGH.

[ps that's to the 'Anonymous' who said wtf and the other things I mentioned...not the others!]
