What I'm Wearing: Topshop Boots & Leggings, Alexander McQueen Scarf, D.I.Y Bleached Shorts, Vintage Blazer & Tank + Balenciaga Bag

Trip down LFW Lane- the penultimate fashion week post- these last two will have to keep me sartorially fed until next season rolls around in Febuary. Frances and me are planning a bigger one than ever before- and I'd say we are both already psyched.

Sorry my blogging has been so sporadic. Life for the past two weeks has been crazy. I am now in the process of moving into my new house. Ahh, its so beautiful. High ceilings, big windows, two minutes from the centre of Durham. I love it. Not so crazy about my shoe rack though- yes, it took me a whole hour to assemble it. I was actually screaming at the stupid thing. My god.

Hey Sexy. Haha

The most attractive couple I have ever seen. I think I was drooling.

Currently loving: the cobblestones outside my house, candles, apple&blueberry granola & the most awesome new gym I've just joined (the treadmills have TVs! I can now run and watch gossip girl. wow!) Someone gave me a piggy back ride last night. I fell off his back and landed in a bruised heap.It was hilarious fun but I actually ache now. No joke, I woke up limping. The wined-out headache didn't help either.

Extra, my uber delicious amigas, The Stylish Wanderer & Bel at Love More: are wearing Frassy Rags on their blogs. Ahh, they look so funkyyy freshhh.

Okay, more soon. And when I say soon, I actually mean soon.
Maybe tomorrow...no, thats too soon. The day after. I promise.
Oh, and YES or NO to photos of my new dolled up room?
Would you guys like to see?

Fashion Week is over. I haven't had much time for blogging as of late , but ironically have so much to blog about. Expect 3+ fashion week related posts. And then, I guess I will be forced to return to the dull routine of a student.

SHOES Taking Inspiration from the amazing Jak&Jill (and what a cutie he is too!) Love the idea of these translucent socks & heels that I snapped at the Betty Jackson show.

Monday at Jaegar, I sat across (well a couple rows behind and across) from the Sartorial Queen herself, Anna Wintour. We were all asked NOT to take photos of Mrs. Wintour and being completely intimidated, I decided following the rules was probably the best route to take. Shame.

What I Wore:

Vanessa Jackman photographed this outfit, here

Have had all my most favourite people at LFW- you know who you all are. Just to say, love you guys! What fun. Mint Frappes at Somerset House, spending too much money on Matches LFW Tote Bags to mingling with The Facehunter to meeting Scott & Garance. LFW really is like a huge, 5-day long party. And like all celebrations, I'm always hesistant to go home and rest. Can we just power through? Please?! Can Fashion Week become Fashion Year? Yesss. Yesssssss.

The Lovelies:
Garance & Scott

More soon!

Frassy & Alexa Chung

OH WOW. LFW has been an absolute thrill so far. From the shows (Ashish & Charles Anastase have been my favourites so far...) to the crowds of immaculate people to the new venue at Somerset House. The 25th Anniversary means LFW has hit a higher and stronger note than ever before, and I am so excited to be able to experience it all. The energetic aura is as high as the platform heels that are in abundance. Buzzz. Buzzing. I constantly feel exhilirated. Wow...

I have so much to tell. I know, I know... I am a couple days late in my LFW Frassy coverage but life has been beyond hectic. Just crazy. But Yum & Delicious too.

Bora Asku- I sat front row!

Karlie Kloss walking for Ashish

One of my favourite ensembles by John Rocha.

Frassy photographs Olivia Palermo. She was so friendly!

Happy to say I've been photographed by so many great people, all the big-timers, from Grazia to Elle to the Facehunter. Will tell all in next post. Met up with some amazing photographers too, including Vanessa Jackman: she works for Vogue & Craig of Altamira NYC who does photography for Teen Vogue. Great People. We laughed while hanging around outside Vivienne Westwood this evening. And they taught me alot too.

Okay more tomorrow. Expect more photography from the shows & my fashion week wardrobe. But for now, I need sleep. I've been awake since 5 am!

What I'm Wearing:
Vintage Silk Jacket & Lycra Leggings, Alexander McQueen Scarf, Reebok High-Tops & Wildfox Tee.

Back in Durham for less than 48 hours. Currently sitting in a bar/cafe where I can get a wireless connection- life without internet, I must admit-is a little dry. I miss all my blog reads and style.com catch-ups. Running around getting ready for Fashion Week. Rush. Russshh. I am jumping on a 5:38 train tomorrow morning to London, which means a 4am wake-up. Ouch. Going to 6 shows tomorrow. I am literally jumping with excitement. See you all at Somerset House. I'll be the girl in a hat taking a ridiculous amount of photos.

On a secondary note, after landing in the U.K. I ran to the airport WHS Smith to buy POP and LOVE magazine. Haven't read LOVE yet- but was blown away by POP. The editorials are mind-blowing, the writing is striking and best of all, Tavi (of blog, The New Girl in Town) is on the front cover. Yessss- this is awesome news for bloggers all over the world.

Okay, I am off to do yet again some more packing.
So stressed. So busy. So psyched!

"This the life that everybody ask for,
This a fast life, we are on a crash course"
-Kanye West

Monday Morning. I'm eating rice salad & drinking tea. A weird combination, right? Especially for 9 am. I have so many errands to run today. Rush. Rush. Rush. And the dreaded packing must continue. I hate to harp on about it, but it is just agony...having to actually remove shoes from my suitcase because it weighs too much. Ouch.

Everything I'm wearing is Vintage. I bought the pale blue blazer at Retro Clothing in Notting Hill. My Doc Martens are fake but my beloved balenciaga is real. I thought I'd show you all the crazy chaos that has hit my room. Look at the MESS. It is everywhere, its even spilling out the door. I HAVE to tidy all that up to today. I keep procrasinating, but it is a MUST.

I am thrilled to tell you guys that I am starting a Frassy YouTube Channel, which will debut sometime this week. Basically, if my blog isn't enough, you can now experience my goofiness from another angle: videeoooo, baby. I will show you what I'm wearing, talk about how many times I trip over in a day, hell, I might even do some weird accents for you. Oh and there will def. be some delicious London Fashion Week Coverage too.

Okay, lots to do. And I'm finished with my salad.
More soon, I promise!

"Bound with the flawless band of inner solitude; we bind not thee;
But who from thy self-chain shall set thee free? "

-Christina Rossetti

Same Trousers, Hat, Shoes & Bag. Different Tops. Which is better?
Firstly, I need to talk about the epic trousers. I say need, because yes, expressing my adoration for this garment is indeed a NECESSITY. Snapped them up for 1 EURO. Yes, can you believe?Secondly, Floral-Pattered & Harem-Shaped. Is that not perfection? Thirdly, when my little brother caught a glimpse of the loud print, he said I looked like "a curtain". Which, if I am honest made me love my latest buy that much more.

Back into: Writing Poetry. I used to be an avid poet, if you can call my incoherent ramblings poetry, that is. Anyway turning on my old iMac brought a stream of old Word Docs that made me feel nostalgic for my more artistic side. Feeling rather sentimental. Late Friday Nights often leave me in a weird mood. Probably because I am slumming on the couch with books rather than creating nocturnal chaos with friends. Either way, I am happily welcoming the Saturday Sun so I can shake this midnight gloom.

Finally, lovelies, I have a favour to ask. So...I entered The Vitamin Water Trends Competition. Winner is the contestant who gets the most votes.

What I'm Wearing: Vintage Leopard Print Cropped Top, Vintage California Surf Neon-Pink Jacket (This is one of my favourite garments I own purely for its sheer craziness. I bought it in Notting Hill at Retro Clothing. You must go there at once), Vintage Leather Clutch & Navy Blue Turban. Topshop Denim Cut-offs & Fake Docs.

Drained. Currently yearning for sleep in my big pink double. Today: Purchased some beautifully trashy rings, drank coffee at an outdoor cafe, tied my hair up big & sat in the sun with a pile of books, went to the gym & now, here I am ready to nod farewell to the day as I drift asleep.

Leave for London Fashion Week in 6 days. Wow, that is soon. Considering my room looks like an explosion, I haven't booked my plane ticket and I have no idea what to wear for what show or how to pack it. Damn, I wish I could just bring ALL my clothes with me WHEREVER I went. Can someone invent that superpower, please?

Spilled Milk Magazine featured me in their blogger style section. You can see it here. Oh and the photo featured was taken by Frances when she went wild with me in London.

You guys, I have so much to say. But no energy. Next time, I promise.

So. So. So. My day has literally disappeared. Where did it go? I woke up to email invitations to Fashion Shows for London Fashion Week. Had a (cold) shower (booo!). Hit some Charity Shops. Drank x3 Coffees at an Ice Cream Parlour. And then I don't know what happened, where I was or what I did. Either my chaotic room eats up time like a starving fatty or the excess of caffeine shook my brain into...an numbness that failed to feel the seconds, minutes or even hours passing by. Weirddd.

Excited to tell you all about what I am wearing- primarily because it is such a HUGE assortment (for the first time, I am unable to say, hey its all VINTAGE). Ok, drum-roll, ba ba BOOM & here it goes: Peach Money Tee: Wildfox. Shoes & Heart Blouse: Topshop. Skirt: Vintage (eeek...I guess an ensemble without a hint of the big V is pretty much impossible for me) Jewellery: I made- found pieces and old chains at Portobello Market and kind of threw it all together with some pilers. Turban: Babooshka on Etsy. I adore her stuff. I received it in the post today. Funnn.

Finally.
Frassy Rags has been re-stocked with some goodies. You can now buy whole outfits for only 16 poundoozlas. Yum. Oh, and we are having a blow-out SALE soon. Get excited.

Lots of Frassy Love to You All!

Weekend thrills are over. Edging on an almost destructively pensive state of mind. The clouds are out in all grey force. Christina Rossetti poetry fills my head. And anger-fuelled lyrics of Samantha Ronson bounce out of my speakers into my very messy, chaotic room. Maybe it is all just overly self-indulgent. Maybe I just have a lot on my mind. Either way, I think the best way to shake this is an enormous mug of cappuccino and a repeat watch of Factory Girl.

On another note: Everything I'm wearing is Vintage + Fake Doc Martens.
Mickey Mouse Old-School Style is cute, no? If you likey, will be on sale at Frassy Rags soon.
