WHAT I'M WEARING:
Asos Denim "Jeggings", Vintage Shoulder-Padded Beaded Tunic, Mango Heels, Vintage Clutch & Sunglasses: monikapolitan
The smell of mowed grass, icy pimms & lots of fruit. I am hardly being productive these days but I am having the best time everrr. I feel compelled to spend all my time outdoors & only rush indoors when I absolutely have to.
Currently craving: BRIGHT SPLASHES OF COLOUR on high heel shoes. I was very much a "black-shoe" kind of girl but these days I am proud to say, I have kicked the dark addiction and am now lusting after shoes in every shade of the rainbow. Recently bought some vibrantly green flats and now am considering purchasing these:

The top and glasses look great together.
loving the lippie! sweet as 'jeggings' too haha
Niiiice. I'd wear it with a shed load of hardware, stupidly massive hair and a gin and tonic.
Those shoes are gorgeous! A recent purchase???
And yes indeed, what is with all the haters! They are totally spoiling your blog at the moment!

how old r u?
sooo awesome outfit ! :)
aww, i love the wasson speech bubble ha.
I would wear it to a party.
The casualness of the fabric and shape would work so well against a tough yet soft, structured leather skirt. The perfect party outfit. The outfit simple, looking effortless and still attainable.
As for jewellery it would be simple, on my fingers a ysl arty ring (the one with dark blue stones) , black nail varnish and a vodka and diet coke in hand.
Id be barefoot, having slipped off my black extremely high wedges and I would wear my hair down, a little wavy, unstraightened and natural, my makeup red lipstick and lashings of mascara!
p.s my comment exists in a world that i have endless funds in.. i would looove to have a ysl ring but am a poor poor student! :(
Great top and glasses. those coloured shoes are fab!
Day: I'd wear it with denim cutoffs, studded grey converse, black blazer and a few bangles and prehaps a bag.
Night: I'd wear it with black seqin leggings, black or grey gladiator heels, plain bangles and a cute clutch.

I LOVE THIS OUTFIT. The white sequin top is so perfect.
I would wear the Elizabeth and James shirt with my black American Apparel pencil skirt (which I can't find at the moment - aaahh!), brown leather and wood platform heels and endless layers of gold necklaces.
What would I wear with it? So many options! Such a versatile tee, it could easily fit into any of my looks. My style is pretty eclectic, one day I'm a dirty-glamazon, next I'm a girly floral fashionista. But one things for sure, I'd definitely keep the "effortless cool" which epitomizes Elizabeth and James.
Imagine strolling down Brick Lane in some brogues... Passing Beyond Retro, nostalgia hits and memories of when the Levi cutoffs worn with the tee were bought resurfaces.
Or hitting the clubs with black leather skinnies, killer (and I mean KILLER) heels and the Elizabeth and James tee draped effortlessly under a couple of delicate gold chains.
Or maybe just some hot as hell lingerie and stockings will do the trick. That would be an outfit only the boyfriend would get to enjoy...

Loving the jeggings and the shoes!
i ' d wear it with wet look leggins or leopard tights , brown gladiator heels or maybe flat shoes , wayfarer glasses and necklaces . :)
I love the shoulders on that beauty!
I would wear it like this (view link):
http://s582.photobucket.com/albums/ss262/taylerck/?action=view¤t=frassycontest.jpg
I would wear the tee to NYC and it'd be the only top I'd pack, with a beat up suitcase, housing a treasure trove of accesories, picked up from charity and vintage stores.
I'd sit on the grass of a park with an ice cold coffee, and I'd have enormous padded shoulders from my tacky '60's blazer, and as the sun would shine down , it'd hit on my vinatge wayfarers.
I'd have a jangle of pendants and pearls-a la Effie Stonem and a pair of skin tight lace leggings, ripped to shreds.
I'd wear a pair of ballet shoes, in pale pink silk ruined by studs and I'd be thumbing through a copy of Edie, with eyeliner in hand to scribble my eyes dark, as I'd pass through the darkening streets, and dip into an amzing gig. And, with a clothing change remeniscent of Bucks Fizz(go EUROVISION!), I'd suddenly be dressed in something fringed and studded for my shoulders, with tumbling locks, red lips , ripped denimshorts and chuncky zippered heels!
Early in the morning or late at night, I'd runsh about the streets, mysteriously fresh looking , in a vintage hat and leopard shirt and I'd have a camera and bottle of rose to hand, and a packet of cigarettes, and I'd sit on the darkened steps of my sub-let talking and talking to somebody amazing.
Sorry, a bit of a mouthful, leftover from post exam high :p
Also, as you come from Sapin, I assume you speak spanish? What a wonderful skill to have. Keep on at the amzing glittery tee thing, It reminds me of all those skinny Waholian women , who'd porbabaly relish the big hair and crazy sunglasses.

p.s. Hope all your exams go well, your fashion course sounds so cool! Any ideas about what your going to do after you leave university?
I'd wear half tucked in with my AA disco pants, some black leather platforms and several chain necklaces :)
That tunic is absolutely SPECIAL!!!!!!! Scallop-edged and sequinned? Grazia would LOVE you! Anyway, I will be recommenting with a polyvore set soon!
LOVE the Erin thing, and the ongoing hater saga, I must say!
I would wear this with a simple pair of vintage levi cutoffs, some hot wedges and a load of bracelets/rings. Probably throw in a pair of shades and a slouchy bag to complete the look!
I would keep it simple-- over a pair of jean cutoffs, dangerously high studded heels a la burberry prorsum 08, with a blazer to keep it all together. messy hair. matte grey nail polish. slouchy bag.
i adore your outfit
actually love it.
i must purchase some jeggings
i would wear the elizabeth and james tee over one soulder with messy hair, no makeup with a short puffy white petticoat (tee half tucked in), black nails, thick rimmed geek glasses, a large vintage watch and brown leather gladiators
this is my favorite look of yours for a while. so simple but sophisticated
aw fras you look lovely in this
http://www.polyvore.com/for_frassy_competition/set?id=9143634
Hope that works and sorry everyone for annoying repeat-commenting... Note: The cage boot would be in silver like the one with the black tie. But I thought that one was a little too much fuss at the ankle...! Also the tee's not the same one but was the most-similar I could find...
hot shoes! and that dickinson quote is fantastic
The sequinned top is insane! Good insane. Ahhhh I would LOVE that tee, pick me pick me. I'd wear it with a red bandage skirt and biker boots. I'd probably go on to stick glittery gems on my face with eyelash glue (they just add something to an outfit and you get lots of reactions) and make it a night out. xoxo
nice scalloped edge tunic x
i would wear it with scrapped back messy hair in a bun, black rayban wayfarers, indigo jeggings, london bus red nails, and big emerald stone cocktail ring on index finger, (clashing with the red nails) and black strappy heels x
bcbg have some amazing bright orange heels!
great outfit!

love the jeans!
the top you're wearing is incredible, i was looking at a similar one in covent garden earlier :) lovely.
i would wear the Elizabeth and James top with a red and white polka dot head scarf carelessly tied around my head and a pair of acid wash skinny jeans. on my feet i would wear heeled gladiator style sandals in black with red toe nails poking out :) topped off with lots of bangles and necklaces, one of which being my string of fake pearls.

A shirt in Two Acts:
Act 1
Scene-Library. Books abound.
Me- Wearing this shirt with a high waisted leather skirt over black tights plus a black blazer and silver chained lucite profile necklace. Black ballet flats on feet and hot tea in hand.
Act 2
Scene-Johnny Mangos (Caribbean restaurant)Leaf shaped ceiling fans wafting cool air over sticky customers.
Me- Wearing this shirt over short black satin shorts accessorized by a large gold mens watch, my mothers gold class ring stacked above my grandmother antique amethyst ring. My feet are sheathed in worn tan leather sandals and a solitary silver toe ring. Slowly drinking a pitcher of ice cold mojitos.
I loovvee this outfit! I remember seeing those shoes in mango, but my mum was like "you don't need anymore shoes blabla" so I never got them but I really regret it whenever I see you wearing them!
And how can I pick just one outfit for this t shirt?? So many endless possibilities...
Let's start with hair and makeup...
Hot pale lip balm, lots of mascara, rosy cheeks. Hair loose, natural, middle parting.
I'd wear the Elisabeth and James t shirt with vintage Levis shorts, Brown chunky platforms, possibly wedges with short frilly white socks.
Jewelery... Chunky rings, simple long gold necklace, simple golden bangle up my arm, passed the elbow and some chunkier bangles.
I think that's it...
http://natashassoiree.blogspot.com/
I would definitely wear it barefooted, pairing it with some blush colored ruffle panties and a cute messy bun just to hang around my house waiting to surprise my boyfriend with my unexpected efortless sexy and extreeemly cool look.
You look awesome with those "jeggings"
that tee would be worn with a black slip dress with garters sticking out, ballerina flats and a feather mask on my face. swear to wear it exactly as i've typed if i ever do win it. ha!
i love every part of this outfit
have a nive day :)
I would wear it while kicking you in the head for being outdoors in this AMAZING durham weather.
I'm afraid there is no room in my head for an imaginative outfit to be constructed... but i'm thinking half tucked into high waisted vintage cutoffs over lace cycling shorts (my new fave combination), big eff off messy hair, loads of studded tatty wrist crap, and grey ankle socks with wood & brown leather chunky chunky heels. I think they would do sufficient damage to your head, love.
THAT TUNIC IS EPIC. I want it more than I want my exams to stop existing. Just like, how? How is it alive and in your possession and how can you ever bring yourself to take it off? ENJOY DURHAM'S SUN FOR ME OR YOU WILL REGRET IT xxxxxx
P.S. I'm not bitter about the sun. Not at all. Oh no.

x
lol...love the Jeggings and the heels are fab :)

Metra
Shirt with a bustier underneath (or braless) and off one shoulder with tight black jeans, dangerous heels, bright red lipstick, hair up in a loose bun, gold bangles and a clutch. (de)Construction junction.
black skinny jeans, gladiator sandals, lots of rings and necklaces and a straw fedora
EXCELLENT outfit. The top is sublime.
How cute!
Here is my glog on how I would wear the shirt:
http://lostbetweenthenotes.glogster.com/Frassy-contest/
Lovely outfit! Love the shirt! XOXO
i love your hair up!
ooosh, that's a hard one cause its so versatile.
where i am in new zealand at the moment (considering its hella cold!), i would definately wear it with black ripped skinnies with high heeled, studdied booties complete with a sleek fitted blazer. accessories wise I would wear a gold snake charm bracelet, RINGS GALORE!, and a messy up do with a splash of lipstick similar to yours.
i love the header!
great shoes too
ah, god i cannot believe that haters still hating on your blog, blah, they should go read a good book, i always say.
hahah
I would just wear the top with black leggings and five inch heel boots with chains all around my neck, and big messy hair rocking my bangs of course.
LOVE this outfit
(not so keen on the poses)
amazing, audrey! this must be one of my favourite outfit of yours ever! you could join andy warhol´s early sixties crowd and he would tell you you´re the most delicious thing he´s seen.
as for the shirt:
I´m so amazed by its purity, I dont think it needs to much upgrade.
so my take on it would include a massive flower crown, lose hair, a flood of bangles and a black pair of gladiator heels. when you intend to dance the night away in studio 54 (yes, the sirt enables me to timetravel) you can´t do with too much weight so I´d keep it nice and simple.
depending on the length, I´d add a pair of shinyshiny sequin shorts. if it´s long enough I´ll add nothing but my fanciest stella mccartney panty, not hoping anyone will get to see it all too soon, hehe.
so I really hope I win these goodie, I want to do it justice!
xxx
I
whoa. you look so so amazing here. like super amazing. SUPER SUPER amazing. Love everything about this outfit.
are there haters? they must be very very confused.
I would cast a magic spell on the t-shirt, so that it would become alive, and I would ask it exactly what it feels would be the best way to wear it, because talking t-shirts are very wise.
x
amazing, you guys are all SO INSPIRATIONAL! def. asking for styling advice more often! xxxxx LOVE YOU ALL
NOTE to Frances: stop moaning about the sun, seriously, if it isnt your hair...its the sun. haha...love you really
lets drink again soon when your history-liberated?
loveee
LOVE this outfit so much!!
I agree, whats with all the hating? So ridiculous!
xxx
love your blog!
wearing it all day everyday.
casually tucked into an aa lame skirt,
with denim and a leather jacket,
with giant earrings and tussled hair,
with opaque tights as a dress,
with multiple gold rings
with studded stilettos,
or over a high waist vintage bikini at the beach
I woul wear some dark acid jeans with it an some flat gladiator sandals( brown, gold studded). Accessories would be fold bling bling and a lot of golden rings.I would make high hairs and put it together. and of course some ray ban glasses, also in brown.
I love to combine grey with brown and gold :)
perhaps it would also look good with a oversized scarf also in grey!
i would wear with with a missoni bikini, a Indian inspired headband (totally trying to emulate something bohemian..) stupid amount of gold jewellery, a really good tan at some fabulous beach party in brazil on NYE…
I love the heels, they really make the look. There's nothing sexier than a great pair of legs! These sexy shoes are a sure to be a hit with whatever you wear. I personally like to accessorize with some rhinestone jewelry as well! :)
I really cant get over how amazing your outfit is :D !
Maybe boring but this is how i would wear it - With leggings, my fcuk 'jazzy' heals and many of my own made necklaces !!
better.
Just another amazing outfit! :)
At first i wanted to say i'd wear this with jean high-waisted jean shorts, but i turned to my clost and became inspired.
I'd pair this shirt with a high waisted black sequined pencil skirt (meant to be a tube top), a simple but yet lacy black bra underneath the shirt, a large cocktail ring or two, silver vintage watch, a delicate chain necklace, white pumps and a black vintage clutch. Viola!
Hope to be able to actually wear this outfit, dont worry i'd send a pic your way! :)
take the distressed t-shirt over some stone wash skinnies, black sky scraper stilletto's and lots of rocker/ silver jewellery, very grunge
THEN put a really bright and kooky cropped corset top over it :)
x
Tregging, stud belts, gladiators, rings
I would use it to go begging on the streets
such a HOTTT OUTFIT! Thanks for repping me so much gurl!
And I just got rid of anonymous comments on my blog... I'm OVER the haters!!
How would I wear this beautiful, elegant, draping tee?
Let me count the ways!
It's summer, i'm definently teaming it with my new Black Topshop sequin shorts and brown suede tassel fringed boots during the day.
It would even look amazing over a bikini, poolside chic here we come! Wish I was there!
Evening wise, this t-shirt would look good with a flash of neon, neon pink bra underneath. BIG BIG HAIR or a bun that you so stylishly achieve! Bib necklace and bangles. On the bottom...american apparels tribal leggings in black and white and HIGH HIGH HIGH Heels. I'm thinking it's time to get those topshop heels I bought and never wore!
I LOVE YOU FRASSY!!!!!
xxxxx
I would wear the elizabeth + james deconstructed t-shirt in a way that plays against its grunge look. i would wear it loosely tucked into a silk body-con miniskirt printed with technicolor beetles and lepidoptera, and crank everything up to a dizzying height with black dries van noten wedges. to pull the luxe-grunge aspects together, i would wear a long irregular clear quartz necklace, a gold rosary, mussed clean hair, a dark lipstain and a line of gold along my eyes. a smile and i'm set!
That top is incredible, actually strike that, I love the whole outfit.
The Elizabeth and James top is amazing, I've always loved their stuff, amazing.
Off the top of my head, I'd either wear it with some cropped, tapered trousers with mega heels and lots of necklaces or more simple with a high waisted pencil skirt.
Sorry it's nowhere near as imaginative as some of the other entries!
Hayley.
xx
that outfit looks GREAT! kudos haha x
i would wear it with nothing else
OR, with the tightest, faded, ripped jeans i have and my tall black faux suede wedge boots.
Dude, great top.
Honestly, I'd wear it with nothing but my own skin. (Hopefully a tanned skin by that time) Just because it would be comfy, long and interesting enough to focus it all on the tee. And I have this strange obsession with prancing around like i forgot to wear my pants. Classy though.
I'd wear this shirt in the day, half tucked into light-washed jeans with a vintage black belt, black pumps, a couple silver braclets, my yellow & black paint splattered wayfarers and a black pleated bag with that classic coin purse opening, forgot what it's called. Hair up in a messy chignon.
At night I'd wear it with black skinny jeans, the same black pumps, a long silver chain and a grey metallic studded clutch. And hair down in boho waves.
