Nice outfit !
This is the first time I've been on this blog yet I'm afraid I won't be visiting it again. The posing photos, the moaning about exams (yes they are difficult but there are much worse things happening in the world to moan about) and the use of egocentric language about what you have bought or want to buy creates the impression of quite a superficial and shallow lifestyle. I do not know you so I don't want to judge too much but your writing does make you seem rather arrogant and too fashion obsessed to even acknowledge the important things in life! However, I do hope that my opinion is wrong and that there is a deeper side to your personality which just hasn't been expressed in your writing as of yet.
P.s. Your moanings about Durham are also rather tiresome. I feel very sorry for the people there who are immediately judged by you just from what they're wearing. It's a shame you're so beautiful as if you weren't then maybe you wouldn't be so looks obsessed.
I love the blazer and the lace leggings, they look amazing.
Just checked out Jodie's blog and I love it, surprised it isn't more popular! Thanks for introducing me to her blog.
Hayley.

To Anonymous:
I don't know why I am wasting my time addressing your rather pathetic comment, but I guess it just infuriates me when people talk in insults just for the sake of it.
If this is the first time you have visited my blog, then how could you possibly have any idea as to what my personality might be like? Surely you have not read my 200 odd posts and then come up with a conclusion. Don't make assumptions like that, you do not know me at all....this is, just in case you didnt realise: A FASHION BLOG: not a space where I rant about how annoying my boyfriend has been lately or how my menstrual induced hormonal problems are affecting me.
I don't moan about exams, I am just nervous and want to do well. Is that a crime? I work hard...and want to be successful, so the fact that I mention this, surely doesn't make me a complainer so to speak?!
FINALLY...i do not judge pepole in any way shape or form. It is quite the other way around, I get abuse for what I WEAR: and would never condemn others for their wardrobe choices.
and here's your OWN personal Frassy message: GO away!
thanks you, your comments were a DELIGHT!
Well said Audrey.
x
I am not talking in insults for the sake of it. I had heard about this blog from a friend who said it was 'inspirational' yet when reading it I was let down by the many unnecessary rants of ugg-boot clones and how much your life kind of sucks right now because of exams, (yes that really does sound like it 'sucks,' poor you). Also there was a part where you mentioned dissecting other people's clothing when you were out for drinks with a friend which came across as rather bitchy, heavens forbid no-one was wearing ugg boots when they came across your path. As you said this is a fashion blog and I did appreciate the fashion side to it but the egocentric ramblings I did not. You say that it is you who receives abuse for what you wear but it seems you too give out abuse in this blog at Durham students. I don't even go to Durham and even I feel sorry for those students who aren't even that bothered by fashion and bought ugg boots just because they are comfortable yet they are labelled by you as clones...I think a statement like that allows me to be as judgemental of you as I want since it seems you too are just as judgemental. This is my last post on your blog and I do not want to attack you as you are obviously very talented yet I think you need to be careful with your writing.
Why should I have to be careful with my writing? This is MY space of self-expression and I don't write for anyone BUT myself. again, i repeat my and many other bloggers'mantra: DON'T LIKE? DON'T READ!
Also, in terms of dissecting people's outfits, I solely meant analysing individual pieces of people's wardrobe choices. To dissect means to cut apart or examine the structure, and has no bitchy connotations whatsoever. So before you start abusing, I would consult a dictionary....
And seeing as you don't go to Durham, how could you possibly know what it is like here? I am tired of the "ugg-boot clones" for the sole reason that they judge what I wear, and this makes me angry because how can they mock my clothes when they wear the same thing as everyone else? Surely originality should be admired rather than looked down on?
And isn't ironic that whenever someone these days, speaks their mind...people automatically deem them bitchy?
Finally, the fact that you can quote me in your comments means alot, while you might not agree with what I say, my words certainly do seem to hold some power over you...which I guess is every aspiring's journalist's dream. so thank you...
and farewell sweet sweet anonymous reader...it has been such a pleasure reading your pathetically expressed self-righteous opinions.
"Finally, the fact that you can quote me in your comments means alot, while you might not agree with what I say, my words certainly do seem to hold some power over you...which I guess is every aspiring's journalist's dream. so thank you..."
I think you'll find that they just stuck in my head because of their stupidity - hardly for their jounalistic quality. Anyway, try not to eat too many cupcakes after exams, it seems you also fret too much about "not having stick-thin model bones" (and you have the cheek to call me the pathetic one). Also yes of course all the 'ugg boot clones' judge you - and that doesn't come across as a sweeping generalisation? I'm sure most of them don't even notice you but your self-importance obviously makes you think that they do. I am sorry if any of them have mocked you yet that does not mean you should stereotype all of them under the same label. Anyway this really is my last post. Ciao!
Haha, I never said I wasn't pathetic. Like most human beings, most of what I say is folly...but at least I am happy enough with myself not to condemn and insult others for no reason...except boredom and bitterness. get a hobby, seriously, start your own blog? you obviously think you would be WONDERFUL at it.
And while you might find what I write stupid, you are STILL quoting me....and continued to do so in your latest comment: here is a tip, why don't you use your own words to insult me rather than trying to use what I say against me?
You are right, some of them don't mock me, or even notice me for that matter...I never claimed that everyone wearing UGGS in Durham was criticizing my clothes...and seeing that you don't go to Durham, you would hardly know whether a stereotype existed or not: and believe me, it does. And I am not saying this out of my own self-importance, others believe and have observed this too.
This is the last time I will reply. Your comments never merited a response in the first place, I am not sure why I even bothered.
Sorry to ramble on people: just thought I should stand my ground and stand up for myself for ONCE.
love you all,
minus that anonymous "one"....
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Wow your photos are so cute (: and thanks for recommending that other blog, its rather awesome.
Killer outfit but I wish i could see the bag more clearly. & kudos to how you handled that anonymous comment.
xGin
Here's another Frassy blazer to add to my wish list.
1st it was your pink one, now this one. Where do you find them?!
Absolutely adore the outfit. I wish I had the guts to go out looking this amazing.
xxx
Ps.
HAHAHAHA...oh I do love you&your amazing replies to pathetic insults.
That 'anonymous' clearly has nothing better to do than insult people for no reason.
I'm pretty sure most people can understand what you mean about 'ugg boot clones' and how they judge you. I do not find your 'exam ramblings' boring or see them as the only thing you ever think about...
...I think the only REAL shallow person is this 'anonymous' because they have come out with an opinion of you before they even know you, and seem to think that what they've decided about you is all there is to you. They're obviously too shallow to see what else there is, how inspiring you can be, and so on...they're clearly very smart. NOT.
(I could go on...)
Please do not listen to these pathetic blog abusers, there are so many people who DO find your blog lovely to read, inspiring, fresh, individual and so on.
:)
Pps. (I promise I'll stop taking up so much of your comment space!) I did a response to your polka dot post. Was a complete accident but love it now. It's on my blog x x
love the blazer. i saw one similar in a shop near me but it was black and i felt too Michael jackson in it. oh well. i also love the new header! hahaha just read the comments on your previous post... people are funny. glad you're not letting it get to you. xoxo
and... I just read the anonymous on this post! what the fuck? i don't even know what to say about people like that. anonymous pathetic cowards. good on you for standing up to them, not that you needed to because posting a bitchy comment anonymously immediately = lowest of the low.
love your blog
and your cloth xD
your hair is beautiful and i LOVE the white frames of your shades! they're wonderful!
www.prettyexquisite.blogspot.com
love your jacket!
brilliant bag
ok, I've been reading you blog for quite some time now, yet never read the comments. Since you mentioned them in some of your last posts, I started looking at them - and oh bejaysus! What are some of these people thinking? Why would you deserve to be insulted in such a primitive and low kind of way?
Girl, you're gorgious, don't let them annoy you or get you down, especially in such a stressful time with your exams and all.
By the way, I like that you write about your revisions. I am a literature student as well (in Germany, though), and happen to have big exams coming up too. We even read a lot of the same stuff (Shakespeare' s classics: Hamlet, Merchant, Taming; Hemingway; Wordsworth)for it, so I can completely relate to what you are talking about.
Keep going, and write whatever you want!
Love, Julie
lol I love its!! you so cool!!
love this outfit, i want them leggings from Topshop! Yet another great post. I wish i could pull off all those ideas you put together in one gorgeous outfit :)

God,
You are awful.
An hero.
Pounding the shit out of your vag was so fun last night, even if it was hard to fit my enormous cock into you. Call me!
PS. Sorry about the hair...
Superficial and trashy. You make my penis hard. Perhaps I can put my penis in your vagina sometime.
Naked is a better fashion choice than what you've been featuring on this site.
hi, sorry about the herpes, please call me so we can sort this out

Wow, I just read these "comments" you spoke about. I do not understand how people can be so catty! If youre in U you must be about 20, same age as I, and I cannot even imagine people my age STILL acting like they are 16 years old. WOW. Just wow.
hi frassy,
i didnt have a blog thing so i just pasted my twitter url.
obviously, the 'anonymous' and the 'dan' and the other eeerrr.. aroused idiots are all one person too scared to post their blog or whatever and thrive in the pleasure of starting pathetic comments.
These idiots are the sad truth of the cyberworld. I don't know if you read Perez Hilton or TMZ, but their huge success of a website, attract stupid idiots, like anonymous, who are to scared to show themselves (i didnt know how to word that so, blahh) and, like anonymous and dan etc, love have some power and famewhoring attention and are rather quite pathetic
Whatever dude, they piss me off. I'll stop using ecglostic or eglastic or whatever language you apparently use.
You have a killer style and it makes me smile :) haha
