What I Wore:

Naturally, as it was fashion week- I put my fashionista skills to the test and wore all the outrageous ensembles that Durham prohibits. It was very satisfactory being able to leave the house and not get funny looks on the street.

Whipping out the Aviators:

Today has been a rather pointless day, exhausted from our impromptu night out- I literally have spent my time eating a mountains of carbs, watching Madagascar with my housemates- we laughed at the lemars alot....and to top off my frivolity, I have been spending like crazy on ebay. Currently have my eye on this lovely Luella bag....

This weekend also saw the arrival of the Vintage Fashion Fair in Durham- I went with a friend and we really did have the best time. It was so refreshing to see something so stylish in such an unstylish town. Cash was flying out of my wallet; I picked up a few goodies here and there- including a structured, cropped green Blazer (very Balmain), some lovely, lavish necklaces and a couple of old grandma-esque silk scarves.

It's Monday tomorrow, and after a rather unproductive weekend, I have a week of library hours ahead of me- which I can't say I am all that happy about.
