I want, I want, I want.

British ELLE'S editor in chief, Lorraine Candy (I love her name!) asserts that this coming a/w 08-09 is "the season of the shoe". She also gives huge amounts of credit to Black Eyeliner and Lanvin's New Power Dress. Unfortunately, I can't afford Lanvin, but eyeliner and shoes are fashion assets my wallet certainly can deal with.
Using Lorraine Candy's reccomendations, here are my top picks:
I love eyeliner. From Mac to Dior, I have tested, bought and tried quite a few, but my favourite is still the cheap, classic rimmel pencil. Maybe its because old habits die hard, or maybe it really is simply the best. Either way, it suits me just fine, from morning until late at night, I wear it all the time and every time.

The fringed boots (above in Sienna's speech bubble) are Louboutins, and if I had the money, I would own them and love them. Sadly, I don't so I might settle for something similar to these diesel ones from asos.com. I spotted a pair similar to these at the mall about a week ago and my eyes are still on them, which means, I WILL buy them.
